Paintball

Your back behind enemy lines trying to flank the other team. Your sprinting right now because if your not there soon, your going to miss the action. There is gunfire all around you, you keep moving. You and your partner are going to come up right behind them. Hopefully there not expecting you. Both of you start to move slower, being careful not to be too loud. The enemy is in your sights. Your teammate goes left and you go right. Now is the moment of truth, if your strike isn’t fast enough your going to get shot. You look over at your partner and you start the countdown. You get the signal and you both take off running. There are four people guarding the flag. Your instincts tell you to pick off the closest guys. The tricky part is that they saw your partner running around the left side. All four of them take off towards your partner. Perfect, they aren’t even aware of your presence. You have two options; take off back to your base with the flag or save your partner. You’re looking for a fight and choose the second option. Your teammate is taking heavy fire. They have him pinned down behind a bunker. If you don’t plan your attack just right your going to get lit up like a Christmas tree. Your partner sees you and starts to lay down some cover fire. Here’s your opening. Your adrenaline starts pumping threw your body. You take off towards the first two guys. They don’t know your there so you pick them off with no problem. The other two guys see you and get back to a better spot. Now it is an even fight, two on two. Your partner says he’s low on paint and the enemy is starting to advance. Now is the time to strike. Your partner stands up and starts to fire his gun. You get up and take off to the closest tree. You think to yourself “If I don’t make a move in ten seconds I’m a goner.” You hear the sound of a co2 take run out of air and know that is your only chance. As you turn the corner, the enemy is unloading every thing they have. Your dodging bullets left and right and dive for cover. Your partner runs up and gets behind a bunker. At the same time both of you come up on the enemy. You say, “Man you better surrender or your going to be sore in the morning.” They both put up their guns and surrender. For a moment you feel like you just won the game. Then out of no where you hear gun fire and realize that both of you had just been hit. “Maybe next time,” the other team says as they are all laughing at you.

A Day in my Shoes Cont.

Sorry about that, I accidentally published my post before I was done with it. Well anyways, I'll get to my parking structure and try to find a spot close to the stairs. I always take the stairs becasue honestly, it makes me feel lazy when I take the elevator. I'll walk to my class ready to start off the day. Thursday's are my favorite days because I have one class early in the morning and i dont have to work. That is my day to catch up on anything i need and to relax. But other than that I'm always working it feels like. Going to school in the day then going to work is hard. Everyday after class I have a few hours between work so I'll try to do some homework. If i didn't get it all done I'll do it when i get off of work. I kind of have a girlfriend now so I have to fit time in with her to. And I also have to manage to get some sleep. I wish that we didn't have to sleep. There would be so much more free time. I could be making a lot more money too. But that is my life. Work and school basically. The way i see it, work hard now and it will pay off a couple years done the road

A Day in my Shoes.

Everyday i wake up and have the same ruetine. I'll jump in the shower and try not to fall asleep. I can't go without taking a shower in the morning. Not only would I feel gross but taking a shower wakes me up for the day. I gets me going. I'll brush my teeth and go get dressed. When I have class at 7:40 a.m. it's hard for me to eat breakfast. I know I should but I just can't do it. It's like trying to shove a size 10 shoe on a size 14 foot, just doesn't work out. But when i have class later I'll make sure to grab something to eat. I live in Meridian so I have to plan to leave about 50 minutes before class starts so I won't be late. I take the connector everyday. I can get to campus pretty quick if the traffic isn't to bad. But I'm always worried about cops. I always see them when I'm on the connector. I even got pulled over a little while back. I got a bull shit lane inraction violation. I think he was one short of his quota for the month.
